How credits work.
Does PrismPoster require a subscription?
No. PrismPoster has no subscription. You start free and buy a one-off credit pack when you need more, from €3.99. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Do credits expire?
Credits you buy never expire. The free starter credits a new account receives in many countries are the exception: they expire 24 hours after they are granted.
Can I use every feature without a subscription?
Yes. Any credit pack opens everything: every studio, the Premium video engine, and exports without the small AI-generated label with the PrismPoster mark, except on work showing a real person's likeness. The smallest pack unlocks what the largest does.
What is the cheapest way to make an AI video?
A 4-second draft at 360p costs 30 credits and a 4-second clip at 720p costs 80. The smallest pack, Refill, adds 200 credits for €3.99, with no subscription to start.
What is the Premium video engine?
It renders one take of up to 30 seconds with native sound. Any credit pack opens the whole engine. Before your first purchase you can try it once: a 5-second take at 480p for 90 credits.
What happens if I stop using PrismPoster for a while?
Nothing. There is no plan to cancel and nothing renews. Your library stays on your account, and any credits you bought are still there when you come back.
Do you offer refunds?
EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of purchase. In that time, unused credits are refunded in cash to your original payment method; credits already spent on a generation are not refunded.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods depend on the buyer's country: card everywhere; Apple Pay and Google Pay outside India; UPI in India (INR); Pix in Brazil; Cash App Pay in the US; Bancontact for credit packs in Belgium. Most countries pay in their own currency and the rest in US dollars. Purchases are unavailable where Stripe Managed Payments cannot sell (Russia, China, Iran and a few others).
